Are men and women who create videos from the outside of someone's home, through unshaded and sometimes open windows committing acts of voyeurism or, are they simply accepting open invitations. I do have a full understanding of what privacy laws are and what is morally correct, however, why can't the person who refuses to close the shades in their homes, which serve to offer to the public unsolicited views of everything inside of their home, be charged with indecent exposure? Is it fair for these people with the open shades to, in many cases, expose our children, to the insides of their bedrooms, bathroom or other areas of the home, while conducting any and everything that goes on in a home, yet at the at the same reasonably expect everyone on the outside looking in to close their eyes and walk on by.....Let's Get Real People!

Tell the truth, you've looked! LOL
However, let's set some boundaries!
No sneaking up their windows for any
reason and no filming at all cost! We
all know what constitutes invasion of privacy.
The Freedom of having Freedom among other's who are Free, automatically subject's other's to one's Freedom of Expression without there being any force or, influence upon the individual's act of Speech, Exposure, ect.
The practice should be, "Good Old Common Sense." We're in an age of Technology and, if there's anyone absent to the fact, then they're in serious trouble! Big Brother is watching and, so is his children.
